Combining expertise in FP&amp;A and Operations Finance, this position supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, inventory management, cost control, and operational performance improvement.Key responsibilities include:<h3>Business Partnering &amp; Financial Support</h3><ul><li>Partner with Global FP&amp;A and Operations Finance teams to provide meaningful financial analysis and decision support</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights that enable effective decision-making</li><li>Support the execution of finance processes across both global and local business functions</li></ul><h3>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</h3><ul><li>Budgeting and forecasting activities for Germany and the Global Analytics division</li><li>Monitor weekly business performance and provide reliable financial outlooks</li><li>Deliver analysis and recommendations to support budget and forecast reviews</li></ul><h3>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis</h3><ul><li>Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities</li><li>Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and explain variances versus budget and forecast</li><li>Prepare reports covering key metrics such as backlog, pricing performance, and profitability</li></ul><h3>Operations Finance</h3><ul><li>Analyze inventory movements, valuation, and trends to ensure financial transparency and control</li><li>Perform product costing analyses and maintain cost accuracy at plant level</li><li>Monitor operational KPIs such as production efficiency, productivity, and material consumption</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and support operational performance improvements</li></ul><h3>Data, Systems &amp; Compliance</h3><ul><li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data within ERP systems</li><li>Identify and resolve reporting and data quality issues impacting business performance</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards</li></ul><h3>Continuous Improvement &amp; Strategic Projects</h3><ul><li>Drive finance process improvements and reporting standardization initiatives across the Analytics organization</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency</li><li>Contribute to business transformation projects and strategic initiatives that support long-term growth</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>4-7 years of professional experience in Finance, FP&amp;A, Controlling, or a related business partnering role</li><li>Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance principles</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights</li><li>Fluent in both German and English</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations finance environment</li><li>Knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, and absorption costing</li><li>Experience with OneStream, SAP, QAD, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment</li></ul>We Offer You More Than Just “A Job”<ul><li>Professional Development – To advance the capabilities of our people, we offer a wide variety of experiences to support our employees’ professional growth and continuous learning.</li><li>Total Rewards – We offer comprehensive programs for compensation, benefits, recognition, learning and development, work-life integration and corporate citizenship.</li><li>Watermark – Watermark is our corporate social responsibility program working to provide education and access to safe water to ensure healthy lives, gender equality, and resilient communities.
