Reporting solid-line into Global FP&amp;A and operationally supporting the Ops Finance in Germany, the role ensures accurate reporting, disciplined inventory and cost controls, and effective execution of global and local finance processes.Key responsibilities include:<h2>Business Partnership &amp; Support</h2><ul><li>Support Global FP&amp;A and the Ops Finance with financial analysis and data preparation</li><li>Act as execution bridge between global FP&amp;A requirements and local Operations Finance needs</li><li>Prepare insights and analyses for operational and financial reviews</li></ul><h2>Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Planning</h2><ul><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes</li><li>Prepare variance analysis and identify key cost and performance drivers</li><li>Support backlog reporting and integration into FP&amp;A forecasts</li></ul><h2>Reporting, Analytics &amp; Controllership</h2><ul><li>Prepare or support reconciliations, validations, and accuracy checks</li><li>Support collaboration with Accounting on close and reporting topics</li></ul><h2>Operations Finance, Inventory &amp; Cost</h2><ul><li>Monitor stock balances, inventory movements and absorption</li><li>Perform inventory valuation including standard cost recalculations, usage, E&amp;O and reconciliations</li><li>Support inventory spot checks and monitoring of inventory days</li><li>Monitor purchasing volumes including material and non-material</li><li>Track productivity figures from production</li></ul><h2>ERP, Master Data &amp; Systems</h2><ul><li>Monitor ERP master data including but not limited to items and cost</li><li>Act as contact for item master and POC model topics</li><li>Monitor working orders history, incoming orders and backlog</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Strong analytical and reconciliation skills</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP or QAD preferred)</li><li>Fluent in German and English</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Manufacturing or operations finance experience</li><li>Experience with inventory, standard costing, and absorption</li><li>Experience with OneStream, SAP, and BI tools</li></ul>We Offer You More Than Just “A Job”<ul><li>Professional Development – To advance the capabilities of our people, we offer a wide variety of experiences to support our employees’ professional growth and continuous learning.</li><li>Total Rewards – We offer comprehensive programs for compensation, benefits, recognition, learning and development, work-life integration and corporate citizenship.</li><li>Watermark – Watermark is our corporate social responsibility program working to provide education and access to safe water to ensure healthy lives, gender equality, and resilient communities.
