Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Monitor process performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements to achieve operational excellence.</li><li>Analyze process data and identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and waste elimination.</li><li>Perform FMEA, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation to resolve process-related issues.</li><li>Establish and maintain Work Instructions, OCAP, FMEA and Control Plan documents as per QMS requirements.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, reliability, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis to maintain stable production processes.</li><li>Support new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification activities. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.</li><li>Prepare and present technical reports and process performance reviews.</li><li>Lead electrode-related process improvements from development through production</li><li>Work with internal and external teams to define and lead advanced and next-gen electrode development</li><li>Design and run well-designed experiments based on DOE methodologies and cell design principles with data driven mindset.</li><li>Creative, customer focused problem solver</li><li>Be a proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on team player.</li><li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>BS, or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science with 5+ years industry experience. </li><li>Experience with data analysis software, and SQL for database querying. </li><li>Experience in battery or coating industry is preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communications skills.</li></ul>
