The Datacenter Sales Leader – North America is responsible for leading the commercial growth strategy and execution for Sensata's datacenter business, driving adoption of the company's portfolio across components, subsystems, and system-level solutions. This role will focus on expanding Sensata's presence with hyperscale datacenter operators, OEMs, ODMs, EPCs, system integrators, and critical infrastructure partners by identifying strategic growth opportunities, securing design wins, and converting those opportunities into sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with deep knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, power distribution, electrical protection, sensing, switching, thermal management, and power conversion technologies. This leader will build and maintain executive-level customer relationships, influence technology roadmaps and specifications, and lead complex sales pursuits from opportunity identification through commercialization.
