This role owns the CMMS program, maintenance planning processes, KPI reporting, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting plant operations and reliability objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and continuously improve the CMMS program, maintenance planning processes, and work order management.</li><li>Manage maintenance inventory, critical spare parts, and min/max stock levels to support plant operations.</li><li>Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities.</li><li>Schedule maintenance work in partnership with maintenance and production teams.</li><li>Ensure required parts, tools, contractors, and equipment are available before work execution.</li><li>Analyze maintenance KPIs, conduct root cause investigations, and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, records, procedures, and equipment history.</li><li>Provide technical support to contractors and verify completed work quality.</li><li>Support reliability improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent with strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.</li><li>Experience in maintenance planning, inventory control, manufacturing operations, or related industrial environments.</li><li>Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) training or progress toward certification is preferred</li><li>Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.</li><li>Experience managing spare parts inventory and maintenance work orders.</li><li>Ability to analyze KPIs, root causes, and maintenance performance metrics.</li><li>Strong organizational, documentation, and scheduling skills.</li><li>Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems for purchasing and contractor services.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, trades, industrial maintenance, or reliability-focused environments.</li><li>A trade certificate is a strong asset</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Primarily plant-based manufacturing environment with extensive walking and observation activities.</li><li>Exposure to machinery, industrial equipment, noise, and material handling activities.</li><li>Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility clothing, gloves, and safety footwear.</li><li>Regular physical activity including walking, inspecting, documenting, and supporting maintenance execution.</li><li>Commitment to health, safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement standards.</li><li>The anticipated schedule is Monday-Friday 630am-3pm.</li></ul>Why Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to influence business growth, develop strategic customer partnerships, and contribute directly to market expansion within a respected industry-leading organization.IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
