SUMMARYSupports the business through completion of various reports and analytical projects. Support operational analysis, sales &amp; marketing analysis, or financial accounting, and helps accomplish critical tasks and implements process improvements.YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:  <ul><li>Assignment of tasks that support the business through finance processes.</li><li>Supporting inventory closing processes.</li><li>Reviewing/verifying vendor/customer statements and performing follow-up.</li><li>Become familiar with truck invoicing.</li><li>Assist in the process of costing trucks and preparation of month-end reporting.</li><li>Assist with Fixed Asset accounting.</li><li>Assist with various reports (eg. Fuel Tax) &amp; reviewing/verifying employee expense reports.</li><li>Create Excel files, business metric information, &amp; analytical needs for Lean/Six Sigma projects.</li><li>Improve processes by eliminating non-value-added work and enabling the use of technology.</li><li>Other projects and assignments as agreed upon with your leader.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Strong ability to communicate effectively.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Basic Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word knowledge.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude preferred</li></ul>Pay Range:$18.00 - $37.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
