The Global Transfer of Technology Process Professional is responsible for driving the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across HITACHI ENERGY Distribution Transformers global operations. This role involves defining best practices, developing new process technologies, and implementing robust solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.How you'll make an impact:<ul><li>Define, document, and standardize manufacturing processes globally, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices as well as making sure these are globally transferred to support capacity expansion projects.</li><li>Lead and support process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 principles to optimize manufacturing operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process automation, digital transformation, and the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D, engineering, production, quality teams and especially with our Global Platform Leaders to ensure seamless new product introductions and process validations&amp;Develop and deliver training programs to manufacturing personnel on new processes, technologies, and improvement methodologies. Master's degree preferred.</li><li>Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or continuous improvement roles within a global manufacturing environment.
