Perform and coordinate the daily tracking of project data (i.e. plant, labour, subcontractors). This requires you to monitor and maintain the Company's in-house project management &amp; docket system.</li><li>Support payroll by monitoring and follow up on the daily recording of timesheets by Project Supervisors, as well as directly performing timesheet entries.</li><li>High volume accounts payable- including management of AP email inboxes for multiple projects in delivery, following up project teams for invoice approval and cost codes and liaising with suppliers to correct any discrepancies.</li><li>Raising and distributing purchase orders in a timely fashion</li><li>Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.</li><li>Enter payable invoices and prepare banking files.</li><li>Assist with preparing financial reports for the Executive team and government submissions.</li><li>Maintain staff records and support onboarding of new staff.</li><li>Respond to stakeholder account enquiries with professionalism and care.</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Required Skills and Competencies</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li>Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a construction environment is highly regarded.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems.</li><li>Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards</li></ul><p></p><p>At ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
