Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse.</li><li>Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction by maintaining all warehouse operations.</li><li>Ensure and maintain that KPI metrics are obtained through efficient warehouse operations.</li><li>Partner and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality of delivery, inventory, and support customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage and develop warehouse staff.</li><li>Support all Inbound and Outbound logistics for PFP Division</li><li>Maintain Health and Safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate and maintain the distribution of the spare parts division to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor and Maintain Picking and Packing process and overview of the warehouse.  </li><li>Develop and Train warehouse staff to the best of their ability.</li><li>Pick, pack, and ship complete orders for PFP</li><li>Receive, examine for damages, and label incoming shipments for PFP</li><li>Counting stock and keeping inventory records as accurately as possible for PFP</li><li>Review, inspect and process returned customer orders.</li><li>Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.</li><li>Perform general warehouse duties as necessary.</li><li>Able to carry up to 50lbs.</li><li>Ability to Travel</li></ul>Education<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Associate’s degree (Preferred)</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree business administration, supply chain management (Preferred)</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Forklift Certified</li><li>ERP and Warehouse Management knowledge</li><li>3-5 years of experience working in logistics or warehouse operations</li><li>Team Centric mindset</li><li>Communicate, Organized, critical thinking and problem solving</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
