The team partners closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supplier Quality, and external suppliers to drive accountability, visibility, and operational excellence throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.Through robust quality systems, supplier engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, the team helps identify risks early, improve execution, and enable successful vehicle launches. This role exists to improve visibility, coordination, and accountability across supplier quality initiatives, launch readiness activities, and operational processes. You will serve as a key partner to Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Commodity Managers, Program Managers, and leadership by maintaining critical business trackers, coordinating QMS activities, supporting executive reporting, and driving follow-up actions to closure.Success in this role means ensuring that operational data remains accurate, team priorities are clearly communicated, quality system workflows are effectively supported, and leadership has visibility into emerging risks and execution progress.
