In this role, you will support critical program operations by processing, reviewing, and validating incentive claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines. As part of the Energy Solutions team, you will contribute to impactful energy efficiency initiatives that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support leading utilities and program administrators across North America. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively with participants and internal teams, and is motivated to play a meaningful role in advancing a more sustainable energy future. The person filling this role will be required to work in a hybrid work environment based out of our Boston, MA or New York, NY office, with an expectation of being on-site at least once per week.  Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Review incentive program claims including attachments, sales data to ensure program requirements are met.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Communicate with participants on any claims needing further documentation and answer program-related questions.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Monitor the rebate application queue to ensure rebate applications are processed in a timely manner.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Collaborate with program manager on rebate processing guideline changes and updates.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Ensure rebate program emails and phone calls are responded to in a timely manner and escalate unresolved external issues appropriately.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Enter and maintain incentive claim information in internal or proprietary online platforms and tracking systems.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Communicate with team members through participation in team meetings and through regular progress reports on assigned tasks.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Format Excel spreadsheets and upload to our proprietary online platform.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Recommend and implement process improvements as identified for maximum efficiency and accuracy.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">High School Diploma.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">A minimum of 1 year of administrative or data entry work experience.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Advanced beginner skill with MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Advanced beginner skill with database management systems.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities with minimal guidance.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">A bachelor’s degree.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Prior experience in claims processing or a similar role.</li><li style="font-size:14pt;font-family:'times new roman' , times , serif;">Familiarity with energy efficiency rebate programs.</li></ul> The hourly range for this role is $27.55 - $34.42, with a target compensation of $27.55 - $30.67 based on experience and qualifications.<div>Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
