Today, our technology moves freight across North America, Europe, and the Middle East for some of the world's biggest shippers.</p><h3>You will:</h3><ul><li>Drive execution across all fundraising and financing initiatives across Einride’s capital structure, including issuance of public equity related instruments and structured debt financings</li><li>Lead project management of external parties (banks, equity / debt investors, expert advisors, etc.)</li><li>Perform analysis and take ownership of financial models and investor materials</li><li>Have ownership of internal finance related projects, including supporting the roll-out of Einride’s long-term financial planning, internal forecasting, modelling, budgeting, and general business analysis</li><li>Streamline capital planning workflows and support driving Einride’s financing strategy across the organisation</li><li>You will report to the VP &amp; Head of Corporate Finance</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Corporate Development at a publicly listed company</li><li>Have advanced financial modelling, accounting, and valuation skills, with proven experience of analysing different capital structures</li><li>Be ambitious with a high sense of responsibility and accountability, thriving as an individual contributor as well as a team</li><li>It is also of merit if you have experience from a start-up / scale-up environment</li><li>Have excellent verbal and written communication in English</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
