In this highly visible role, the Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer partners closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and suppliers to develop robust manufacturing processes that meet aggressive program timelines while ensuring quality, capacity, and operational readiness.</p><p>The Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer is responsible for driving supplier manufacturing readiness from sourcing through SOP, supporting new product introductions, process validation, launch activities, and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
