equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience will be considered.</li><li>5+ years of progressive project/program management experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects, with direct experience in both high voltage (&gt;800V) and low voltage systems.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-site, or multi-year programs, including projects with total installed value in the multi-million-dollar range.</li><li>Prior experience in substation construction, utility/industrial electrical projects, renewable energy (solar/wind/BESS), or comparable heavy electrical infrastructure work is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience managing subcontractors, EPC-style delivery, and client-facing commercial relationships.</li><li>Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng. in Canada or PE in the U.S.), or active pursuit of licensure, is strongly preferred.</li><li>Candidates holding a Red Seal/journeyman certification as an Electrician or Powerline Technician, combined with equivalent field leadership and project delivery experience, are equally encouraged to apply and will be given strong consideration in lieu of a P.Eng./PE designation.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or working toward one, preferred.</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.</li><li>Additional relevant safety certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR) are an asset.</li></ul>Working Conditions: <ul><li>Combination of office-based work and regular travel to active project and client sites (estimated 25–50%, varying by program phase).</li><li>May require site visits to active construction, substation, or utility environments;
