You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Technical Support, and other technical experts to reduce production losses, improve asset performance, and drive continuous improvement across our wind portfolio.Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality are at the heart of everything we do, and you will play an important role in ensuring our assets are operated safely and efficiently.Your responsibilitiesAs an Lead Technical Specialist Windturbines, you will:<ul><li>Provide regional technical expertise in Wind Turbines, SCADA, electrical systems, and Balance of Plant infrastructure.</li><li>Support operational sites in troubleshooting, fault analysis, and technical problem solving.</li><li>Investigate technical non-conformities and identify preventive measures to improve asset reliability.</li><li>Drive and manage improvement initiatives aimed at reducing production losses and enhancing performance.</li><li>Analyse operational and maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.</li><li>Support planned and unplanned maintenance activities across Wind Turbine Generators, foundations, structures, and associated equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.</li><li>Contribute to retrofit projects, testing programmes, and new technology implementation.</li><li>Take an active role in the development and improvement of service and troubleshooting documentation.</li><li>Support commissioning activities for new wind farm sites when required.</li><li>Share lessons learned and best practices across wind farms and projects to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide technical input to Planning &amp; Optimisation, Asset Management, and Project teams.</li><li>Contribute to operational readiness activities and support sites transitioning out of warranty.</li></ul>Depending on qualifications and regional requirements, you may also hold specific authorisations under Vattenfall's operational safety frameworks.Location   IJmuiden
