Acting as the primary talent development partner for an assigned function or segment, the role works closely with Strategic HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability priorities, shape development solutions and drive measurable organisational outcomes. Using talent insights, learning needs analysis, succession planning data and engagement feedback, the role determines priority capability gaps and designs, sources and delivers solutions that support business objectives.
