This role works independently to respond to service needs, document customer issues, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution while delivering a strong customer service experience. The Field Service Engineer III also supports hardware installations, maintenance, testing, and customer training at client facilities, while helping develop support guides for recurring issues.
