Ensure Equipment Reliability and Minimize Downtime</h2><ul><li>Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and systems to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to maximize production uptime and operational efficiency</li></ul><h2>     2. Lead and Develop the Maintenance Team</h2><ul><li>Supervise, train, coach, and mentor Maintenance Mechanics.</li><li>Assign work, monitor performance, and support employee development.</li><li>Participate in hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives.</li></ul><h2>     3.
