Essential Functions/Key Deliverables  <ul><li>Collect, compile, measure, summarize and record data gathered during measuring. </li><li>Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment in order to ensure compliance with published specification. </li><li>Inspect and evaluate tools to identify defects.</li><li>Track and report tool life and cost based on consumption and production records. </li><li>Perform laboratory housekeeping. </li><li>Maintain laboratory recognition / accreditation. </li><li>Issue and keep record of exchanging tools. </li><li>Co-operate with Production Department to optimize tooling consumption, spoilage reduction and technical support. </li><li>Monitor the quantity and quality parameters dependent on the condition of tools, report low stock to principals.</li><li>Maintain required tool stock levels, manage the tools rotation and supervise polishing. </li><li>Collect and archive technical parameters. </li><li>Review tools about quality; license for production. </li><li>Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems, including performing internal audits as required.  </li><li>Comply with all Health &amp; Safety regulations, rules, procedures and policies.
