The Senior Counsel, Corporate will be a senior member of Generate Capital's legal team and a trusted partner to leaders across the business. This role will own a broad portfolio of corporate matters, including corporate governance, board and stockholder matters, strategic transactions, and corporate financing. The ideal candidate combines strong technical training with commercial judgment, can move comfortably between strategic advice and hands-on execution, and is energized by working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and answers are not always obvious.
