Your work will connect teams, systems, customers, and processes to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery. <ul><li>Coordinate operational activities related to service requests, contracts, work orders, and customer cases.</li><li>Maintain accurate service data in relevant systems and support timely updates across internal stakeholders.</li><li>Track service milestones, contract dates, invoicing triggers, and documentation requirements.</li><li>Prepare operational reports and identify data trends, delays, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Support the handover of projects into service and help maintain complete project and service archives.</li><li>Collaborate with Service Managers, Field Service, Remote O&amp;M, Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams across Europe.</li></ul> Your profile All right, now let’s look at what will help you thrive in this role: <ul><li>Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Initial experience in service operations, customer service, project coordination, logistics, or contract administration.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems as a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an international environment.</li><li>English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus, and additional European languages are welcome.</li></ul> Why us?
