In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will take ownership of process stability and defect resolution on the production floor, ensuring our manufacturing processes yield reliable, first-of-a-kind hardware. You will partner closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to monitor process health, lead root cause investigations, and manage the end-to-end Non-Conformance Report (NCR) workflow. By implementing robust process controls and risk-informed corrective actions, you will resolve complex fabrication challenges and directly enable the SPARC project mission. </div><br><br><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li><strong>NCR Management &amp; Defect Resolution:</strong></li><li>Take ownership of the end-to-end Non-Conformance Report (NCR) workflow on the production floor. Collect and analyze discrete manufacturing data, focusing on defect trending, inspection results, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure reliable measurements without relying on high-volume statistical methods</li><li><strong>On-Shift Quality Execution:</strong></li><li>Provide technical oversight and leadership for high-priority quality inspections during the off-shift.
