As part of our Form Factory 1 team, you will provide schedule visibility and risk identification as we bring our first factory manufacturing lines into production. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology</li><li>Integrate schedules across multiple workstreams into a master program schedule</li><li>Track progress and analyze variances against baseline</li><li>Identify schedule risks and support recovery/mitigation planning</li><li>Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams and contractors</li><li>Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for leadership</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial or capital construction projects</li><li>Strong proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience with resource loading and earned value management preferred</li><li>Certification in scheduling (PSP, PMI-SP) preferred </li></ul><h3>Where you'll work: </h3>This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
