The position may be based in one of our major U.S. offices and offers a hybrid work model.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Project Leadership &amp; Technical Excellence<ul><li>Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on large, complex tunneling projects from concept through completion</li><li>Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met.</li><li>Collaborate with other AECOM business units to deliver integrated solutions.</li><li>Drive innovation and best practices across our tunneling portfolio</li></ul>Technical Proficiency<ul><li>Advanced knowledge of tunnel construction methods and support system designs: TBM, drill and blast, sequential excavation, etc.</li><li>Experience leading teams using industry-standard analysis and design methodology and software tools</li><li>Experience planning and directing field investigations, engineering analyses, deliverable preparation and packaging, and field construction phase services</li></ul>Business Development &amp; Client Relations<ul><li>Build and maintain strategic client relationships that fuel our practice growth</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and business development initiatives</li><li>Represent AECOM at industry conferences and technical forums to enhance our market presence</li></ul>Team Development &amp; Mentorship<ul><li>Mentor and develop talent within our tunneling team</li><li>Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top-tier professionals</li><li>Contribute to our collaborative, learning-focused culture</li></ul>Industry Leadership<ul><li>Author and present technical papers at leading industry conferences</li><li>Stay at the forefront of tunneling technology and methodologies</li><li>Support cross-regional and international project teams on complex assignments</li></ul>
