This is a senior-level manufacturing engineering role focused on New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing process definition, and the successful transfer of new electromechanical products from design into high-volume production. The Process Engineer works closely with design engineering, equipment suppliers, program management, quality, and global manufacturing teams to ensure robust, efficient, and scalable production processes. The position offers strong ownership across manufacturing strategy, equipment specification and implementation, production readiness, process qualification, quality planning, and product launch activities.
