This includes but not limited to strategy and design, analysis. administration, and execution and delivery of ad hoc compensation reporting needs for all Equity strategies globally. In addition, this role will work closely with the Principal and Associate supporting the Equity businesses to drive a successful year-end compensation process across all stakeholder groups. This role may be partnered with members of the broader Human Capital team including Human Capital Business Partners, Benefits, HC Operations, Payroll, BP&amp;A, Comp Finance, Carry/Co, Legal, as well as business leaders across the firm.
