Assigned projects will include primarily capital investments including asset replacements, maintenance, customer growth, Smart Grid, renewable energy integration, and general operations.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create scope of work documents, cost estimates, and schedules for assigned projects engaging engineering and other SME’s as required.</li><li>Build the project business case using reliability, integrated system planning, and other inputs.</li><li>Provide bid specifications to Supply Chain in accordance with the procurement process.</li><li>Compile detailed work plans for the Project Management Organization, Engineering, and Operations teams to execute.</li><li>Utilize Management of Change and Asset Governance processes for controlling the modification of equipment, systems, and processes.</li><li>Serve as a representative of the Company as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Four year college degree in engineering, construction management, finance, or related field.  Applicable experience in place of a degree will be considered</li><li>Additional certifications including: Professional Engineering License, or Project Management Professional Certification are a plus.</li><li>Experience – 0-5 years in capital project and/or portfolio management</li></ul><ul><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 tools required. Experience with SAP and Copperleaf C55 are a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated project management experience in leading projects through the development process including building scope, estimate, and schedule documents.</li><li>General understanding of the regulated T&amp;D utility business, assets, and systems. Experience with Smart Grid, DER integration, and other trends changing the industry are a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to achieve results and operate with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong communicator both oral and written. Experience in making presentations to upper management is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage and work multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Languages – English.
