In this pivotal role, you will champion a culture of safety excellence and environmental stewardship across our organization. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on occupational health and safety matters, ensuring all operations align with UAE regulations and international best practices while driving continuous improvement and fostering a proactive risk-aware mindset throughout the organization.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs tailored to organizational needs and operational contexts</li><li>Conduct thorough site inspections, audits, and assessments to identify potential hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events; document findings with precision and recommend evidence-based corrective and preventive actions</li><li>Deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs to personnel at all organizational levels, fostering a shared commitment to safety excellence</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies through proactive monitoring and documentation</li><li>Maintain meticulous safety records, documentation, and reports that support regulatory requirements and enable data-driven decision-making</li><li>Collaborate strategically with operational teams, management, and external stakeholders to seamlessly integrate safety into daily work activities and organizational culture</li><li>Analyze safety performance metrics, trends, and leading indicators to identify emerging risks and develop targeted improvement initiatives</li><li>Conduct comprehensive hazard assessments and risk evaluations for new projects, processes, equipment, and organizational changes</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related concerns, providing expert guidance and escalating critical issues to senior leadership with transparency and urgency</li><li>Coordinate with regulatory authorities, safety consultants, and external partners to maintain organizational standing and access best practices</li><li>Monitor and promote proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment, ensuring accessibility and compliance across all operations</li><li>Mentor and coach team members and operational staff on safety best practices, fostering a culture of shared responsibility and continuous learning</li><li>Stay current with evolving safety regulations, industry standards, and innovative safety solutions to keep the organization at the forefront of safety management</li></ul>
