The incumbent will proactively advise leadership and business teams on compliance obligations, regulatory changes, risk escalation and risk mitigation, ensuring seamless operations within the applicable Indian regulatory framework.Main ResponsibilitiesAs the regulatory Compliance Specialist, the role will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring full compliance with all applicable central, state, and local laws, regulations, circulars, gazetted orders, governing a foreign privately held entity operating in India. This includes maintaining a local comprehensive compliance framework and calendar, managing statutory filings and reporting, and ensuring adherence to labour, employment, workplace, and other regulations.
