Position Overview:The Senior Mechanical Engineer performs specialized engineering assignments with moderate complexity, working independently on design elements and providing technical guidance to junior team members. This role requires a professional with developmental experience who can manage projects with minimal supervision while maintaining established quality and timeline standards. Core Responsibilities: <ul><li>Execute detailed and routine engineering assignments, including calculations, testing, and analysis using established procedures</li><li>Gather, correlate, and validate engineering data using well-defined methodologies</li><li>Independently complete primary design elements and engineering deliverables</li></ul> Problem-Solving &amp; Quality Assurance: <ul><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering results and data</li><li>Propose solutions to new technical challenges by adapting standard procedures and leveraging previous project experience</li></ul> Project Management: <ul><li>Manage assigned work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision</li></ul>
