If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Participating in WORKDAY system implementation / RPA, AI or other projects</li><li>Performing WORKDAY system testing after implemented changes in the PL/LV/EE areas HR field</li><li>Ensuring smooth procedures of hiring and support of personnel (managing documentation, communication with future and new employees, etc.)</li><li>Initiating, implementing, and executing the creation and harmonization of PL/LV/EE processes abroad according to the LT standard, as well as their continuous improvement and digitalization</li><li>Working with HR documents in English on the daily basis</li><li>Developing, reviewing HR administration processes with a view to automating them, making them more efficient and improving the employee experience.</li></ul>
