<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities.</li><li>Manage inventory and procurement of office and facility supplies.</li><li>Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.</li><li>Taking care of all statutory compliances as per CLRA.</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the plant.</li><li>Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to employees.</li><li>Assist in developing performance improvement plans and monitoring progress.</li><li>Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Vendor Management and ensure compliance to all regulations</li><li>Liaison with Government authorities for Labor licenses and other audits as and when required</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.</li><li>Prepare and provide the monthly attendance inputs to corporate.</li><li>Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.</li></ul>
