In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of our solar EPC division.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar EPC sector.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand market share.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li>Client Engagement:<ul><li>Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, offering tailored solar EPC solutions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new projects and partnerships.</li></ul></li><li>Project Management:<ul><li>Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and delivery.</li><li>Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.</li><li>Provide input on project scopes, timelines, and budgets to align with client expectations.</li></ul></li><li>Marketing and Promotion:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's solar EPC services.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.</li><li>Create and maintain promotional materials, including brochures, case studies, and digital content.</li></ul></li><li>Reporting and Analysis:<ul><li>Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and financial projections.</li><li>Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve business development efforts.</li></ul></li></ol>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
