This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical design, feasibility testing, electromechanical equipment integration, and process validation, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in laser welding, equipment design, product design for manufacturability, and metrology-based quality evaluation.
