<p>The Assistant Project Manager – Scheduling supports project teams with scheduling, coordination, reporting, and project controls for utility-scale solar, BESS, and electrical construction projects. This role will help maintain project schedules, track milestones, identify delays, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and field teams.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assist with development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.</li><li>Update schedules based on project progress and field reports.</li><li>Track critical path activities, milestones, and schedule performance.</li><li>Identify potential delays and assist with developing recovery plans.</li><li>Coordinate schedule updates with Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and project status updates.</li><li>Track engineering, procurement, permitting, equipment deliveries, and construction activities.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and scheduling records.</li><li>Assist with project meetings, action items, and follow-up.</li><li>Support change management, forecasting, and project controls activities.</li><li>Perform other project management duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in construction, project management, scheduling, or project controls.</li><li>Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling software preferred.</li><li>Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Construction, utility, solar, BESS, electrical, or EPC experience preferred.</li></ul>
