You will have the opportunity to shape projects from start to finish while also leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Supervise mid to junior level engineers on multi-disciplinary projects</li><li>Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.</li><li>Lead technical design staff for projects including:</li><li>Water conveyance/pipelines,</li><li>Potable water treatment,</li><li>Wastewater treatment,</li><li>Water storage (steel/concrete tanks, dams)</li><li>Civil site improvements (drainage, grading),</li><li>Pumping stations (potable water, wastewater, stormwater), and</li><li>Conceptual studies</li><li>Client liaison and relationship management</li><li>Prepare documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence, reports, proposals, and technical specifications</li><li>Communicate and work with other project team members in Orange, Los Angeles, and other regional offices to provide quality service to clients on projects of varying scope and complexity</li><li>Liaise with and assist other departments and offices in the provision of design services to other clients, as applicable</li><li>Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables</li><li>Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings</li></ul>
