Position OverviewApollo is seeking a Director to join the Strategic Diligence &amp; Implementation team to focus on product structuring, implementation and investor onboarding across its credit platform.<ul><li>Work closely with senior members of the team to assist in structuring, development and implementation of new products for Apollo’s credit platform, including commingled funds, funds-of-one and separately managed accounts</li><li>Work closely with Apollo Credit investment professionals, product professionals and sales professionals in order to contribute to the generation and documentation of new product ideas, terms and structures</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external legal, finance, operations and tax teams in the evaluation of feasibility, profitability, structuring and formation of new or restructured investment vehicles</li><li>Support senior members of the team, sales professionals and product professionals in the capital raising process, with investor negotiations and investor onboarding</li><li>Support the lifecycle of the fundraising process</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>5-7 years of prior experience, preferably within an alternative asset management firm, a law firm, or an investment bank</li><li>Experience with product structuring and product development</li><li>Experience with fund offering documents, including private placement memorandums, partnership agreements and subscription documents</li><li>Understanding of the credit investment landscape</li><li>Experience with the U.S. and global securities regulatory regime preferable, but not required</li><li>Juris Doctor preferable, but not required</li><li>Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and solutions in a clear and accessible manner.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task: Strong capacity to manage multiple deliverables, seamlessly transitioning between internal and external tasks as needed.</li><li>Personal Attributes: Personable, organized, proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders across various locations and time zones.</li><li>Work Environment: Thrives in a rigorous and fast-paced work environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.</li></ul>Pay Range$200,000-$250,000Apollo Global Management, Inc.
