To do this you will collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to craft elegant and right sized solutions to complex problems. You’ll do whatever it takes - including going to visit customer farms and company test sites - to ensure our customers have safe, reliable, and efficient products.What you'll do:<ul><li>Develop requirements, perform trade studies and define electrical system architectures, taking into consideration a wide variety of stakeholder inputs.</li><li>Own systems from cradle to grave including simulation/analysis, component level and integrated testing, introduction to production, and post sale support. </li><li>Prototype, debug, and iterate electrical designs through hands-on testing and automated verification</li><li>Partner with mechanical and software teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical subsystems into production hardware</li><li>Drive technical decisions through project planning, task delegation, and cross-functional problem solving</li><li>Support contract manufacturers and provide technical guidance for production of electrical assemblies</li><li>Dive deep into failure investigations to find and remedy both technical and operational root causes.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:<ul><li>6-15 years experience architecting and designing complex electrical systems spanning power generation and distribution, data networking/communication, and embedded sense and control.</li><li>Significant experience with high voltage (&lt;1000V) and low voltage(&lt;50 volts) power generation and distribution systems including system characterization and power quality management. </li><li>Significant experience with sensor and actuator integration into control systems (edge and industrial) in automotive, agricultural, or aerospace systems.
