Partner with Product and Engineering to test solutions, validate impact, and scale tools that enable safe, repeatable, high-quality repairs.</li></ul>Core Performance MetricsThis role will own and be accountable for improving three dimensions of Repair Ops performance:<ul style=""><li>Quality: Successful trips generated from each repair.</li><li>Efficiency: High-quality repairs completed per unit of labor and materials input.</li><li>Compliance: Adherence to timekeeping, quality-control, required-maintenance, and spare-parts processes.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>You have experience driving operational change in a large, globally distributed organization, particularly in repair operations, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or a similar environment.</li><li>You are a global transformation leader who can move from strategy and diagnosis through pilot, rollout, adoption, and measurable results.</li><li>You are passionate about improving processes to raise repair quality and team efficiency.</li><li>You use data to identify opportunities, understand root causes, and measure whether changes are working.</li><li>You can turn complex analysis into a clear, compelling narrative that motivates teams and aligns senior stakeholders.</li><li>You have managed a team, set a high bar for execution, developed talent, and handled performance management effectively.</li><li>You are an effective cross-functional leader who can communicate clearly with frontline operators, peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders and influence with and without direct authority.</li><li>You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to complex problems, and maintain a strong sense of ownership through execution.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>7+ years of relevant experience in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management, including experience leading people in fact-paced, multinational environments and/or complex multi-country or global programs.</li><li>Experience with Lean/Kaizen, ISO or comparable quality-management systems, operational audits, and measurable control frameworks.</li><li>Strong analytical and operational-planning skills, with comfort working across data, dashboards, and business cases.</li><li>Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data teams to improve operational systems.</li><li>Experience designing training and certification programs for distributed frontline teams and managing tooling and equipment standards, operational pilots, and implementing solutions at scale.</li><li>Experience partnering with Supply Chain on spare-parts management, inventory accuracy, and replenishment</li></ul>#LI-PD1#LI-RemoteIf you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
