<p>Key areas of responsibility vary across countries but include:</p><ul><li>Partner and support the Regional IT Teams, Procurement, Regional Operations Directors and Regional Finance teams in all aspects of International IT Finance.</li><li>Lead and coordinate the quarterly Outlook and annual operating planning processes for the IT Function and Software P&amp;L’s including consideration for Growth, Inflation and Forex implications.</li><li>Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to Senior Management.</li><li>Complete monthly analysis of actual operating costs and provide explanation of variances to Outlook/Plan/Prior Year.</li><li>Own end-to-end IT capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, governance, and tracking across regions, aligning investment roadmaps with strategy and approved funding envelopes.</li><li>Develop and present a monthly reporting pack to senior management comprising of updates from each of the regions.</li><li>Be the first point of contact for IT requests for the International Operating Group.</li><li>Support the wider business in understanding Software spend, engaging with the regions and corporate.</li><li>Support the month end close process performing reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, maintain and adjust for accruals, prepayments and fixed assets. Working alongside the GBS teams.</li><li>Other adhoc tasks as and when they are required.</li><li>Develop and work towards transferring any manual processes and transactional activities to GBS.</li><li>Develop and improve consolidated reporting.</li></ul>
