The Administrator has exceptional customer service and communication skills while having the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.Job Duties<ul><li>Maintain filing systems.</li><li>Create purchase orders and submit invoices to vendors.</li><li>General office duties.</li><li>Support business units with maintenance entries &amp; parts administration and vendor management.</li><li>Answer and transfer incoming calls</li><li>Support and/or open and process work orders.
