The facility produces gaseous oxygen, liquid oxygen, and crude argon.The Generated Gas Supervisor will be part of a two-person team responsible for supporting all aspects of daily plant operations. Key responsibilities include customer and business interface activities, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance budgeting, and employee training.This role will require the successful candidate to gain an understanding of all aspects of the site’s operation, distribution, and maintenance activities, with specific areas of focus on leadership. Oversee preventive maintenance and mechanical integrity programs.</li><li>Implement and promote best practices across site operations.</li><li>Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>An engineering degree or other technical degree is preferred but not required.
