This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, contributing to the advancement of our digital services portfolio. Job Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust AI solutions using various machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality AI-powered products. * Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize performance and ensure accuracy. * Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for their application. * Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. * Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical presentations. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI model performance, scalability, and integration. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. * 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment. * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras). * Demonstrated experience with various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers). * Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications is a plus. * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring. * Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and lead projects from conception to completion.<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global, team of innovators.
