This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent, this position plays a critical role in building organizational capability and supporting business growth.This is a remote position within commuting proximity to Pineville, NC. It will be required to attend occasional on-site events, town hall meetings, and to support select talent acquisition initiatives.  Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings, job postings, resume reviews, screening, interviewing, and offer support.</li><li>Source candidates using innovative and strategic methods to attract top talent.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts.</li><li>Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, interviewing, and candidate selection.</li><li>Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, and networking.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable policies and labor laws.</li><li>Develop relationships with post-secondary institutions, associations, and professional organizations.</li><li>Represent the company at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.</li><li>Promote company culture, values, and career opportunities to strengthen employer branding.</li><li>Support social media employer branding initiatives.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement projects related to recruitment and candidate experience.</li><li>Provide broader HR support as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent</li><li>HR or Talent Acquisition certification is considered an asset.</li></ul>Technical Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting intermediate to mid-level positions.</li><li>Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, database searching, and reporting.</li><li>Experience with social media recruiting, strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions</li><li>Experience in a multi-location manufacturing environment is an asset.</li><li>Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a requirement.</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Think Strategically</li><li>Embrace and Manage Change</li><li>Be Customer Obsessed</li><li>Collaborate &amp; Influence</li><li>Drive Accountability and Results</li><li>Improve &amp; Innovate</li><li>Demonstrate a Development Mindset</li><li>Promote Diversity &amp; Inclusion</li></ul>Why Join Us?
