The successful candidate will translate broader marketing strategies into relevant, customer-first experiences, from executive events and hospitality programs to customer briefings and field activations.                                                                                             YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Plan and execute field marketing programs and events aligned with JLG marketing and sales objectives.</li><li>Partner with sales to identify business priorities, target audiences and opportunities for meaningful customer engagement.</li><li>Manage all aspects of event execution, including budgets, timelines, venues, vendors, transportation, accommodations, food and beverage and onsite logistics.</li><li>Deliver white-glove customer experiences for executive events, VIP programs, customer visits and other high-touch engagements.</li><li>Provide onsite leadership and support to ensure seamless execution and a consistent JLG brand experience.</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent events and priorities with strong organization, attention to detail and proactive communication.</li><li>Support customer briefings at JLG facilities, including planning, logistics and execution.</li><li>Lead field marketing communication and enablement, providing sales teams with the information and resources needed to effectively participate in and support field programs.</li><li>Evaluate event performance and capture insights to continuously improve future programs.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly within the United States and provide onsite event support, including occasional evenings and weekends.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>6+ years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event marketing or a related discipline, including direct responsibility for customer - facing programs.</li><li>Ability to travel 50%.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Experience using CRM, event management or marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Experience measuring event effectiveness and connecting field marketing activity to customer engagement, sales opportunities or other business outcomes.</li><li>Background in manufacturing, construction, heavy equipment or another complex B2B industry.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing complex events from initial planning through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, budgets, vendors and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.</li><li>Experience managing external event, hospitality, venue and transportation partners.</li><li>Experience developing and managing event budgets and negotiating with vendors.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role.
