We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Civil Construction to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will lead a diverse team of professionals and coordinate with stakeholders to drive project success in a dynamic construction environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular on-site inspections of workmanship, materials, and construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards</li><li>Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient project execution and timeline compliance</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and change orders in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and technical records</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues and discrepancies on-site, implementing innovative solutions to overcome construction challenges</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers to address concerns and ensure transparent communication</li><li>Monitor project budgets and schedules, reporting variances and recommending corrective actions</li><li>Perform material testing and quality assurance activities to verify compliance with project standards</li><li>Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall project performance</li><li>Support the implementation of sustainable construction practices and safety protocols on-site</li><li>Maintain organized records and utilize project management tools to track progress and deliverables</li></ul>
