You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting the preparation of tools and consumables for service activities, and ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed.You will work closely with Field Service, Tool Management, and Warehouse teams to support service execution, inventory reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment while following established processes and procedures. Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;"><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Receive and deliver goods and services at different storage locations to ensure accurate stock levels, following Wartsila procedures.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Make purchase requests for materials according to Field Service demands while maintaining minimum stock levels.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Monitor stock levels and identify obsolete inventory.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Support inventory management activities for assets and consumables.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Perform cycle counts and support annual inventory audits.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Prepare and separate tools and consumables for Field Service activities.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Coordinate shipments, packaging, and logistics activities for service deliveries.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Support PPE stock management and distribution.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Use the Field Service Tool Management System to control tool movements, calibration records, repairs, and disposal activities.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Provide local administrative support for the Field Service team and workshop operations.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency.</li></ul> What It Takes: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;"><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Technical high school diploma in Logistics, Administration, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Valid driver's license.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</li><li style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0;vertical-align:middle;">Intermediate English skills;
