Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead and develop the maintenance team, setting priorities and coordinating activities to support safe, efficient operations.</li><li>Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and the upkeep of production equipment, facilities, and utilities.</li><li>Support capital projects and maintenance planning by coordinating resources, contractors, tools, and technical requirements.</li><li>Monitor maintenance performance, analyze equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent working experience.</li><li>5-8 years of maintenance engineering or production operations within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>2+ years in a leadership position with direct reports.</li><li>Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and basic engineering aspects of production equipment.
