Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review equipment documentations, drawings, vendor manuals, and recommended spare parts lists to identify spare parts requirements and develop equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs).</li><li>Determine appropriate spare parts requirements and recommended stocking quantities in accordance with approved sparing philosophies, operational requirements, and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, maintenance, operators, and equipment suppliers to validate vendor spare parts recommendations to ensure alignment with Air Products' sparing philosophies and operational requirements.</li><li>Support the development of spare parts cost estimates for new project opportunities.</li></ul> Activities must be completed within project schedules and budget constraints to support successful plant start-up and long-term operational reliability.
