Here are some of the perks and rewards. <ul><li>Competitive compensation package   </li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available </li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture working on brand new technology </li></ul>What you’ll do:  <ul><li>Provide operations leadership for our Lithonia, GA Service Center</li><li>Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region </li><li>Coach and develop 10+ technical employees </li><li>Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution </li><li>Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center </li><li>Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment </li><li>Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams </li><li>Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors </li><li>Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings </li></ul>We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience<ul><li>Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry  </li><li>6+ years of relevant operations leadership experience </li><li>6+ years of direct management of technical employees  </li><li> Manage P&amp;L of 5+ years of reporting and analysis  </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, safety driven, customer service and Leadership skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities </li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
